The Sustainability Demonstration Techno Center of TIME Foundation is a practical expression of the idea to design modern and comfortable buildings, which are healthier for their occupants and respect the environment.
This is achieved through great number of “eco innovations” embedded in the building and yard space design – usage of natural building materials, renewable energy sources, utilization of rainwater and others.
Aiming to achieve the fragile balance of protecting environment and economic efficiency in the building's lifetime the traditional Bulgarian architecture was skillfully combined with eco innovations in the Center' design.
